This is another great hat for Halloween. It has FROLICKING GHOSTS playing  in among the cutest JACK 'O LANTERNS. It is done in bright ORANGE and GREEN with WHITE GHOSTS on a JET BLACK background.This hat is double banded so you can wear it turned up if you wish. It is tied with JET BLACK bias tape.
