This is a FUN HALLOWEEN surgeon style scrub hat. It is done in BRIGHT ORANGE with BLACK BATS and BLACK, GREEN and PURPLE OWLS flying all over it amongst fun WHITE STARS. It is double banded so you can wear it turned up if you wish. It is tied with JET BLACK BIAS TAPE.
