This is a great SURGEON style scrub hat for Halloween. It is done in a great BRIGHT GREEN with FUN HALLOWEEN things all over it in BRIGHT ORANGE PUMPKINS. The pumpkins have candy corn, ghosts spiders and cute jack o' lanterns in them. They are tossed all over this great hat with some BRIGHT CANDY CORNS. It is tied with JET BLACK bias tape. This is a hat you will wear over and over again!
